October is National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month.  See below for a list of activities throughout the month.

The 2nd Annual Multicultural Festival was held on Sunday, October 19th.  Dundee Highlands showcased the "Sports of Scotland" and attendees were able to try their hand at golf!

On September 11, 2014 students, staff and parents participated in our annual Dundee Highlands Walk for the Cure Walkathon around the school.

Dundee Highlands Elementary School is dedicated to promote positive behavior through PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support).

Friday, Halloween

Early release day on Friday.  Morning kindergarten students will end school at the same time as normal – 11:10.  Full day kindergarten and grades 1-5 will be released at 12:30.

Afternoon classes will be in session.  Remember that if your afternoon kindergartener rides the bus home, they will arrive to the bus stop early. 

Morning parade will occur at 9:00 and be over around 9:45.  This will take place in the gym.  Children are allowed to wear their costumes on the bus if they can still be safe on the bus.  No weapons of any kind are allowed for the costume parade or parties.  The parties will be from 9:45 to 10:45 in the classrooms.

Afternoon parties will begin at 1:30 and end at 2:30.
